Based on the activity, children will form groups by age and size and choose their camp name for the week.
No two days are the same. Each day, children are exposed to a variety of other sports including but not limited to: Soccer, Football, Volleyball, Racket Sports, Rugby, Dodgeball, Baseball. Sessions start with a warm up and minor skill and drill development followed by mini-games in that sport. No special equipment is required, just light summer apparel and running shoes to participate. Please apply sunscreen to your child for the start of camp.
During the day, children are constantly monitored for dehydration and exhaustion. Breaks are frequent and mandatory.
We endeavour to be a peanut free environment so please pack an appropriate lunch for your child.
