Registering online is quick, easy and secure.
Step 1: Have your information ready.
Information you will need:
Child information (including any known allergies or medical conditions).
Guardian and Emergency Contact information.
Payment Visa/Credit Card information.

Step 3: Create your account profile.
Just click on this link here to create a profile. key things – indicate your child’s date of birth and that you pay on their behalf. without these two things, the system won’t allow you to complete enrollment.
Payments
Payments can be made by adding a credit card to your account profile or by sending an etransfer to admin@kidsplaysports.ca.
All children are required to have a completed registration form prior to entering a class.
Late registrations are accepted for classes with availability. Class fees are prorated as appropriate. Please contact admin@kidsplaysports.ca to make arrangements.
